Clear aligners move teeth progressively through a sequence of trays. They are suitable for many mild to moderate cases, but they require excellent patient cooperation. Their success depends on daily wear time, initial diagnosis and regular monitoring. For complex cases, fixed orthodontics or a combined approach may be more appropriate.
